To respond to your request and send you a commercial proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and your consent.

Retention

Three years from our last exchange if no business relationship follows, then deletion.

Recipients

The EVRYS DBS team and our hosting provider, for the technical operation of the site only. Your data is never sold or transferred.

Transfers outside the European Union

As our operations team is based in the DRC, your data may be accessed there. We apply appropriate confidentiality measures (restricted access, non-disclosure agreements).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@evrysdbs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
