The D³S²MI method

Six steps, always in the same order, to go from a loosely defined need to a system that is measured and keeps improving.

What an engagement looks like

An agro-industrial developer in Kongo-Central is running a $6M project co-financed by a bank and an impact fund. Reporting is manual, delays are piling up and some forty local suppliers have never been vetted.

Every service can be proven

We promise what can be delivered and measured. Four rules apply to every engagement.

  • Every service produces a scope, an identifiable deliverable and an indicator.
  • Every indicator has a source, a frequency and an owner.
  • Every critical exception is documented, assigned and tracked until resolved.
  • Regulatory matters are validated locally by qualified counsel.

What we are not

  • A generic consultancy producing reports that go nowhere.
  • A communications agency in disguise.
  • An intermediary with no value of its own.

What we are

  • A partner involved from spotting the opportunity to measured impact.
  • An integrated platform: strategy, governance, quality, data and execution.
  • A bridge between African opportunities and international standards.

Where a traditional firm delivers a diagnosis, EVRYS DBS secures assets, structures execution and stays until value is actually delivered.
